• Learning data — enrollments, progress, quiz results, SCORM/xAPI statements, certificates, and forum activity.
• Contact enquiries — details submitted via our website contact form, including selected plan interest.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and usage diagnostics for security and performance.

How we use information

We use data to operate the LMS, authenticate users (including via SSO identity providers), generate reports, send transactional email, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information with subprocessors that help us host, email, or secure the service, under contractual safeguards. Enterprise administrators control learner data within their tenant.

Retention

Data is retained while your account or contract is active and as required for legal, audit, or backup purposes.

Security

We apply industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, access controls, and audit logging. SSO integrations rely on your identity provider's policies.

Your rights
