These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the KnowledgeStream learning management platform and related websites operated by Astutix ("we", "us"). By accessing the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

KnowledgeStream provides software for creating, delivering, and reporting on training and learning content. Features may vary by plan and deployment.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Enterprise customers may authenticate via SSO; provisioning policies are configured by your organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of courses, media, and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

5. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support levels depend on your subscription agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email where appropriate.
